Service Description

Meet with me 1:1 for a private session designed to focus on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This session is conducted through a provided zoom link. Private sessions give us time to: 1) discover the evidence-based tools within yoga that you connect with the most 2) set goals and track progress 3) receive personalised feedback and guidance 60 minutes includes: 5 minutes to settle in and discuss goals for the session 45 minutes of movement and breathwork 5 minutes of guided meditation and relaxation 5 minutes for connection, questions, and next steps Yoga Styles - I would love to hear your preferences, interests, abilities and goals to make sure I incorporate them into your custom designed session. Please share with me at the time of booking in the provided section. Below are options to consider and I look forward to hearing what you are looking for and why you want to try yoga with me! - Energising session: incorporates movement and breath work intended to wake up the body, increase heart rate, and finish feeling alive! Great for mornings, battling fatigue, apathy, stagnation, and symptoms of depression. - Calm and gentle session: intended to help the body, mind and nervous system wind down and enter a more relaxed state that reduces the stress response. Great for afternoon or evening, addressing stress, anxiety, burnout, and improving sleep. - Chair/Seated Yoga: incorporates gentle movements, stretches, breathing exercises and meditation all seated or standing in front of a chair. If you are crunched for time, do not have the space or standing is not an option there is so much still available for us to do and benefit to be gained from practicing yoga. - Yin Style Yoga: Passive style yoga aimed at holding shapes and stretches for longer periods of time to release tension in deep connective tissues. If yoga is new to you, dynamic movement is recommended first over this type of session that focuses on static stretching. Please indicate in the booking form if you will need a yoga mat so we can coordinate. Thank you!
